The ability to work this closely makes tasks easier without having to utilize more than one machine to carry out a single job. Being the smallest in the business, the efficiently designed X-pattern outrigger footprint is a popular feature which allows the user to operate close to the job. These small, lightweight machines can fit through standard-sized doorways. Machinery models up to 9.1 meters, that are the AWP-40S and the AWP-36S units, do not need to be tilted back when going through regular-sized doorways because of the tilt-back frame design. The caster rocker and six-point wheel base system could easily be maneuvered around corners, over bumpy thresholds and over debris. Units are loaded easily onto trucks, also pickup trucks, due to the lightweight design of the machinery and the exclusive rear mast pivot bar. For added versatility and ease of transport, there is an overhead crane attachment point, tie-down attachment points, outrigger storage and lift truck pockets included.
User controls are user-friendly and easily accessed. Controls on the machinery comprise a dual-activated up/down switch, a locking key switch, outrigger setup confirmation lights, and a low battery indicator. In the case of a power failure there is an auxiliary platform-lowering feature which allows for descent. This specific feature is standard on all AC and DC units.
The mast system on the Genie is the most durable system around. This patented system is made from aircraft-quality aluminum giving the user comfort and peace of mind through all working heights. Some models have platforms with a ground fault interrupter receptacle for portable use of power tools.
The numerous basic features available on every model are designed to fit the operator's requirements and provide the ability to increase safety and efficiency for all of your application requirements.
