Lift trucks must be really tough to last for hours of operation in numerous extreme environments. While being ergonomic for operators, these equipment need to be able to move loads fast or efficiently. The dependable, rugged Yale powertrain provides superior durability through its extremely strong shafts and gears, state of the art clutch pack and computer controlled engine and transmission. The transmission, engine, drive axle and steer axle are all isolated in order to reduce noise and vibration in the compartment of the operator.
Electrical
The electrical system of the lift truck is responsible for connecting the major nerve centers of the truck. Therefore, the electrical system within the lift truck should be reliable and durable for the most demanding wet/dry and hot/cold operations. There is much sophistication needed to be able to control truck functionality.
Delivering dependable electronics are a well-known hallmark of all Yale trucks. The Yale CANbus electrical system employs digital technology and lessens electrical connections and reduces wiring too. This results in awesome serviceability and improved reliability.
Hydraulics
The hydraulics are the "muscles" of the forklift. They provide the necessary force required to raise heavy loads during the entirety of a long shift. All Yale trucks feature industrial grade hydraulic components. Several of these parts include: leak resistant O-ring face seal fittings, heavy-duty hydraulic valves, long lasting hoist and tilt cylinders, and fine micron filters. The control valve has been strategically placed to be able to prolong component life by minimizing exposure to heat sources.
The Yale forklift can withstand the most extreme working conditions coming out on top with their great dependability. These machines have been built in such a precise manner that attention to detail has been taken into consideration in order to keep the operator as comfortable as they could be.
