The TX Series 24 inch L.C. Series of Industrial Pneumatic Forklifts were engineered and designed with emphasis on service and operator personnel at the forefront. The TX Series provides standard features such as increased leg room and head room, tilt steering wheel, shock mounted center mounted operator station, CANbus technology for operator comfort and convenience and increased head and leg room, along with fingertip electric joystick controls. The TX Series is offered in 5 different wheel bases, so there is definitely a model right for your specific application.
All of the controls on the machine are integrated using solid state controllers with J1939 CANbus technology. This configuration enables controllers and sensors the ability to communicate with less wiring between the parts. Like for example, I/O modules are great to add consistency to the control system of the machine and used to reduce electromechanical relay devices.
Situated in each cab is the main color display which access the information from the J1939 CANbus technology. This display shows engine data together with warnings, spreader status lights and man and equipment interface data. The functions of the machinery are capable of being tuned through the main display in the cab. Also, the display enables service employees to access data required during troubleshooting. For example, information like controller outputs and sensor status. So as to prevent operator access, the tuning functions are protected by a password.
The TX Series forklifts have all been outfitted with an electronic turbocharged Tier Certified Cummins, that is an after cooled or charge air to air diesel engine. Amongst the basic engine features comprise water/fuel separator, transmission/engine protection systems, electronic diagnostic monitor, maintenance monitor, less emissions and better fuel economy.
The TX Series has a transmission that is a 3-speed, fully reversing, modulated powershift transmission. The electric roll shift control and the inching powershift transmission as well as a separate air-to-oil cooler. All of these features make a durable and efficient equipment which is extremely reliable on the job location.
